Description

For airy blends, smooth purees, creams, and emulsions, the Sammic XM-12 (3030740) handheld immersion blender features an all-in-one tempered steel tri-blade that can withstand continuous use and has a long-lasting cutting edge. Designed to blend 10.6 quarts at once, its adjustable-speed motor can be modified to spin between 1,500 and 15,000 rotations per minute. For simple operation, it features a LED warning light that glows in two colors to indicate machine status.
This Sammic XM-12 (3030740) stick immersion blender's external casing is constructed of two materials that create a ergo-design, bi-mat-grip for improved control and reduced fatigue. Its hood minimizes splashing for comfortable use, while its square housing stabilizes the unit when placed on a surface. Its 8.8-inch arm clicks into place for quick, safe locking, and after use, it can be rinsed under the tap or thoroughly sanitized in a dishmachine.
