This unit is water cooled, meaning it transfers heat more efficiently and uses more water than an air-cooled unit.
Fitted with a self-contained condenser and compact design, the Hoshizaki KM-161BWJ undercounter ice maker can fit into areas without much space available. It can hold as much as 78 pounds of ice in its built-in storage bin, and the bin opens from the front for streamlined access.
