It comes with an ice scoop for sanitary retrieval, and both the scoop and the ice machine are protected with H-GUARD Plus® antimicrobial to slow bacterial growth. The air-cooled condenser utilizes R-404A refrigerant and is self-contained to facilitate installation. This unit makes from 247 to 353 pounds of ice per day depending on operating conditions, such as ambient air and water temperatures.
For durability, the Hoshizaki F-300BAJ ice machine with bin has a stainless steel auger, exterior, and greaseless bearing. It makes flake ice€”a popular choice for grocery stores, catering companies, and care facilities. To rid ice of impurities that could ruin its taste, this unit performs a 2-second flush cycle every hour, and this ice maker is positioned on painted legs to facilitate sweeping underneath it.
