Description

Great for back-of-house holding, the Delfield N227P drop-in ice cream freezer can accommodate (12) 1-gallon tubs of ice cream. For convenient product access, it has a removable cover with a built-in handle, and it has a durable stainless steel interior. Because it's insulated with high-density polyurethane, the cabinet is strong and minimizes heat transfer. It is a drop-in unit designed to fit in a 2931/50-inch by 2931/50-inch cutout.
Depending on the application, temperatures in the Delfield N227P ice cream dipping cabinet stay between -5 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. For convenient installation and servicing, the refrigeration components in the freezer are self-contained. It uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, which is more eco-friendly than traditional options, while the refrigerant lines are wrapped in the cabinet walls to ensure efficient cooling.
