This structure has two doors with triple-chamber door gaskets that help lock in cold temperatures. When users open them past 95 degrees, these doors remain propped for easier stocking; alternatively, if operators forget to close the doors, they self-close once the tension is released. The top of the body is made of 304 stainless steel, while the interior and exterior are constructed of 430 stainless steel to resist rust and corrosion. Additionally, the cabinet is insulated with high-density polyurethane inside, and users can move this heavy-duty worktop with the assistance of four 4-inch diameter casters.
For cooling various produce and meat products, the Infrico IUC-MR67 worktop has an integrated self-contained refrigeration system. The evaporator coils capture heat from the air to pass it through the condenser and release environment friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
