The Hoshizaki WLR60B-D4 Steelheart worktop refrigerator has four drawers; each drawer can hold one 12-inch by 10-inch by 6-inch and two fourth-size pans. The pans are sold separately by other suppliers. Due to the drawers' 14-gauge module frames, they're durable enough for ample product storage, and the 14-gauge drawer slides support a dynamic loading capacity of 200 pounds. The front, top, sides, and interior are made of stainless steel, and the back and bottom feature a coated steel construction. The panels are insulated with 2-inch-thick polyurethane, ensuring cabinet temperatures stay consistent. To fit various workflow configurations, it's supported by 6-inch polyolefin stem casters.

Via capillary tubes, this unit assists the flow of R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
