The 19.97-cubic-foot interior is insulated with 2 inches of polyurethane foam, and its space is separated into four drawers. Each drawer is equipped with an extruded aluminum handle and can hold two 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch pans; these pans are not included. Mounted on four 6-inch casters, this unit supports transportation between locations.
Measuring 67 inches wide by 331/4 inches deep by 401/4 inches high, the Hoshizaki WLR67B-D4 worktop refrigerator's self-contained refrigeration system is side mounted, and it features a front-breathing design for 1 inch of rear wall clearance. Using the digital controls, staff can adjust the holding temperature between 28 and 45 degrees Fahrenheit, and with the digital display, this unit supports temperature monitoring.
