The refrigeration system is built with a non-electric evaporator, off-cycle defrost, and mullion heaters. This unit uses capillary tubes and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for efficient cooling, which enables temperature adjustments between 28 and 45 degrees Fahrenheit. These temperatures are sustained by the cabinet's polyurethane foam insulation, which prevents cold air from escaping.
The Hoshizaki WLR93B-D4 worktop refrigerator promotes durability and corrosion resistance with its heavy-duty stainless steel construction and coated steel back and bottom panels. With its six stem casters (two of which lock for stability), this refrigerator can easily be moved around for cleaning or maintenance. This unit has one door section that opens onto two adjustable, epoxy-coated shelves and four drawers with stainless steel slides and acetal rollers.
