This PRO Series unit features a rear-mounted refrigeration system with a self-cleaning condenser that actively removes dust buildup to help prevent system failure. The two-section configuration includes four drawers, each capable of holding various standard-size food pans for streamlined ingredient access during prep.
The Turbo Air PWR-72-D4-N worktop refrigerator has an overall capacity of 18.8 cubic feet and is constructed of stainless steel throughout the interior and exterior for long-term durability in commercial environments. Equipped with a digital temperature monitoring system and external readout, it reliably maintains temperatures between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit is supported by swivel casters with front locks for secure positioning and includes polyurethane insulation to ensure optimal energy retention.
