For displaying and holding packaged, prepared foods at serving temperatures, the Hatco GR2SDH-48 Glo-Ray® Designer horizontal merchandising warmer's single shelf includes an upper infrared heating element and a heated, hard-coated aluminum base. The top heater moves heat toward the shelf's outer edge€”an area where heat usually escapes. This heat-preserving system works alongside the heated base, which can be adjusted between 185 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit with a thermostat, to ensure foods are warm when purchased. To present and organize items effectively, its 4787/100-inch-wide by 22-inch-deep shelf includes black inset panels and nine adjustable product dividers.
Incandescent, shatterproof bulbs light the Hatco GR2SDH-48 display warmer's interior to improve presentation and ensure customers can identify foods, and transparent tempered glass side panels provide a full view of the cabinet's interior. This self-serve unit features an open front so customers can select their purchase without employee assistance, while its open back streamlines product loading and retrieval behind the counter. Compatible with gas stations, supermarkets, and delis, this 541/4-inch-wide by 27-inch-deep by 1811/100-inch-high unit can be used on countertops, and its 4-inch legs create ample space for employees to clean beneath it.
