Its 5387/100-inch-wide by 22-inch-deep shelf features a hard-coated aluminum base that can be adjusted from 185 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit via a thermostatic control. At the top of the unit, an infrared heating element directs heat toward the shelf's outer edge€”an area where heat commonly escapes.
For attention-grabbing presentation, incandescent lights illuminate this Hatco GR2SDS-54 display warmer's interior, while their coated, shatterproof design protects displayed items from bulb breakage. Its clear tempered glass end panels grant a direct view into the unit, and its open front and rear create a pass-thru system that enables employees to load fresh products into the back.
