By using heated glass technology and a thermostatically adjustable heated base on its shelf, the Hatco GR3SDH-33 Glo-Ray® Designer horizontal display warmer ensures food is held at serving temperatures when purchased. Its heated glass shelf radiates heat toward to the base and conducts heat to the top for even circulation. For more specific holding requirements, the base's temperature can be modified, and for foods that don't need to be held in warm environments, a top-mounted unheated shelf accommodates cookies, chips, and pastries.
This Hatco GR3SDH-33 heated glass merchandising warmer measures 339/50 inches wide by 2713/50 inches deep by 169/100 inches high€”ideal for countertop use. Operators can choose between a designer color or stainless steel body when ordering this unit so it can blend in with preexisting decors. Illuminated with LED lights and encased with clear glass side panels, this unit grants a full view of the cabinet to ensure customers can identify contents. Customers can choose their desired product from the open front, while employees can load items into the back without interfering with shopping customers.
