To maximize holding capability without occupying a larger footprint than single-shelf units, the Hatco GR3SDH-27D Glo-Ray® Designer display warmer has two heated shelves and measures 279/50 inches wide by 2713/50 inches deep by 257/8 inches high. Both 231/4-inch by 211/4-inch-high shelves have thermostatically heated bases and use heated glass technology that radiates heat toward the base and conducts it toward the top for uniform results. Overall, these heating systems are designed for short-term holding in convenience stores or supermarket delis.
While the Hatco GR2SDH-27D heated glass merchandiser warmer's LED lighting improves product display, tempered glass side panels grant a direct view of the cabinet. Operators can organize and separate various products using the 15 included adjustable product divider rods. An unheated top shelf accommodates items that don't need to be held at specific temperatures, such as packaged chips and sandwiches. When ordering this 279/50-inch-wide by 2713/50-inch-deep by 3047/100-inch-high unit, operators can choose from a stainless steel body or a designer color.
