Designed for high-volume applications, it has five levels of shelving. So they can hold multiple stacked boxes and large take-out bags, these shelves have 13-inch clearances.
These Hatco GRS2G-3920-5 Glo-Ray 2-Go™ heated holding shelves have individual settings for temperature and time on each level. It has a 200-degree Fahrenheit maximum, and controlling the levels is convenient on the touchscreen panel. For user-friendly temperature monitoring, the unit has a digital readout.
