Description
The Hatco GRSDS-52D Glo-Ray® merchandising warmer's open pass-thru design can connect a kitchen to a serving area, and it enables employees to insert fresh boxed food into its back while customers shop from the open front. Customers and operators have a full view of the cabinet through the tempered glass end panels, and shatterproof incandescent bulbs illuminate each tier while protecting displayed items from bulb breakage. For efficient merchandising, this 52-inch-wide by 2429/100-inch-deep by 322/5-inch-high unit can be displayed on countertops in delis and gas stations.
Each shelf in the Hatco GRSDS-52D slant merchandising display warmer measures 5059/100 inches wide by 21 inches deep and has a thermostatically controlled hard-coated aluminum base. Operators can modify temperatures between 185 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure a wide range of foods are held at appropriate serving temperatures. At the top of each section, infrared heaters move heat toward the shelves' outer edges, the area where most heat is lost due to the unit's doorless design. To create a convenient self-service area, these slanted shelves slide packaged food toward the front as products are removed, and each shelf includes 10 product divider rods so operators can organize various items.
