Description
Each of the two shelves included on the Hatco HZMH-30D countertop heated display shelf is equipped with four heating zones for efficient holding. This unit comes with eight divider rods with magnets that secure them in place, separating numerous food products to display a range of items. As a countertop model, it can display product in a visible location in gas stations, convenience stores, and supermarkets. LED lights illuminate the surfaces to catch the attention of customers passing by, and the side panels are tempered glass to maximize visibility.
The Hatco HZMH-30D self-service heated display case utilizes a thermostatically controlled base and infrared heat to hold wrapped or boxed foods at serving temperatures. Spot-On® Technology implements overhead heating elements only when product is present, and the base heat is adjustable for precise holding. For consecutive use, the fast-action ribbon heating elements reach set temperatures in less than 10 seconds. This unit includes an LCD display that scans and displays each zone's individual settings for monitoring.
