Description
The Hatco GR2S-48 Glo-Ray® portable heated shelf keeps food hot and ready to serve by providing a temperature range between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. An adjustable thermostat on the unit enables the operator to manually select the appropriate temperature. Because the warmer is made with a blanket-style foil element, heat is distributed evenly along the warming top. The warming top itself is made of hardcoat aluminum, which holds heat at the surface to maintain proper temperatures.
Because it measures 541/4 inches wide by 27 inches deep and 7 inches high, the Hatco GR2S-48 warming shelf is large and sturdy enough to support three full-size pans. Its sleek, plated finish will blend in with most pieces of equipment, so it can also be used to add base heat to a pass-thru window or keep food warm in the front of house. Due to its 6-foot-long cord, this portable warmer can be placed where it's needed.
