Description

To hold food pans, wrapped items, and to-go orders for short periods of time, the Hatco GRS-36-J freestanding warming shelf's thermostat can be modified to a set temperature between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. A blanket-type element warms the stainless steel surface uniformly to eliminate hot and cold spots that could impact food quality. Fiberglass insulation retains surface heat to minimize temperature loss, which also helps save energy. Simple to operate, this unit features an on/off switch that glows when it's in use.
This Hatco GRS-36-J heated shelf's stainless steel surface and extruded aluminum base resist corrosion and wear throughout daily use and can be quickly wiped clean. The base is fitted with 4-inch nonslip rubber feet that stabilize it on countertops during loading and retrieval. Operators can incorporate this 36-inch-wide by 211/2-inch-deep by 53/8-inch-high unit into buffet lines, cafeterias, and back-of-house workstations.
