Because it has an adjustable thermostat, the operator can select the operating temperature depending on the product. Made of stainless steel, the top can be wiped clean quickly, and the extruded aluminum base increases the unit's strength. Legs elevate the unit off the counter, and for stability, they are adjustable and have slip-resistant feet.
