The Hatco GRSS-4818 warming shelf's base is thermostatically controlled, so operators can adjust its temperature from 100 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit depending on holding needs. It features a blanket-type element for even heat distribution and optimized product quality, and for enhanced product presentation as well as durability, it sports a simulated stone surface.
The Hatco GRSS-4818 heated shelf is a portable unit measuring 477/8 inches wide by 177/8 inches deep by 61/5 inches high. To protect the countertop from heat damage and streamline cleaning beneath it, this unit is equipped with 4-inch legs. For accessibility, this machine's 6-foot cord with plug and power switch are mounted to its side.
