Because the Hatco HBG-3018 warming shelf's surface is built with ceramic glass, heat is evenly distributed, eliminating cold spots that could affect food quality. Staff can place hors d'oeuvres, to-go orders ready for pickup, and plated meals directly on this food-safe material to enhance presentation and maximize temperature transfer. Users can adjust temperatures between 100 and 195 degrees Fahrenheit with the thermostatic control, and when the unit is on, its power rocker switch illuminates so staff can quickly discern its power status.
This Hatco HBG-3018 heated base glass shelf measures 303/10 inches wide by 183/10 inches deep by 227/50 inches high to fit buffet lines, self-service areas, and pass-through stations, and its portable design enables repositioning or removal when not in use. Along with being highly heat conductive, its ceramic glass surface sports a sleek, black look that matches common decorative themes in banquet halls, buffets, restaurants, and hotels. Operators can choose from a Designer black, Designer white, or stainless steel trim mounting rim when placing their order.
