Description
With its portable, freestanding design, the Hatco HBG-7218 heated base glass shelf can be incorporated into self-service areas, buffet lines, and pass-through stations. This 723/10-inch-wide by 183/10-inch-deep by 63/20-inch-high unit is positioned on four 4-inch legs that elevate presentation and enable users to clean beneath the unit. Because its rectangular surface is built with two equal-sized pieces of ceramic glass that create a defined seam, it's ideal for displaying two food types on one surface. To match established themes in restaurants, hotels, and buffets, its surface is black, and operators can choose a stainless steel, Designer white, or Designer black trim mounting ring finish when placing an order.
The Hatco HBG-7218 countertop warming shelf's ceramic glass surface conducts and disperses heat uniformly to eliminate cold spots, while its food-safe design means food can be safely displayed on the surface for an upscale presentation. Its thermostatic control can be adjusted between 100 and 195 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate frequent holding requirement changes, and for user safety, its on/off rocker switch glows when the unit is on.
