The John Boos EPT6R10-DL2B-96R-X prep table is made of stainless steel with a TIG-welded top to ensure that it can be used on a daily basis while resisting rust, dents, and scratches. Its dual sink bowls enable users to wash and drain ingredients side by side, preventing cross contamination that can occur when raw, dripping food is moved from one area to another. For added storage space, this table has a stainless steel utensil drawer and an adjustable undershelf that enables users to keep vital utensils and ingredients close.
