Description

The John Boos EPT6R10-DL2B-72R-X prep table supplies users with dual sink basins for washing and draining ingredients such as salad mix, fresh fruit, and root vegetables before use. Because the sinks are located on the right end of the unit, the stainless steel storage drawer is installed on the left. Useful for keeping utensils such as knives and measuring cups close by, the drawer gives users a place to store tools within reach and out of the way. This sink has a 10-inch swing faucet that supplies water to both basins and is installed with 4-inch centers.
