Standing 353/4 inches high, the John Boos EPT8R5-3060SSK-L prep table's working surface reaches a comfortable height for most users. If alterations are needed, its stainless steel bullet feet are adjustable on its tubular stainless steel legs. Supported by brackets instead of bolts or screws, the undershelf assembly doesn't have small holes or crevices where unsanitary debris can get caught. To streamline faucet installation, this unit comes with pre-made faucet mount holes with a 4-inch center.
