Description

Designed to optimize flow in dishrooms, the John Boos EDTC8-S30-L36 dish table sits on the clean side of a warewasher and accepts racks as they're pushed out. It's made to be used in applications where the washer flows from right to left. To keep water on the table and off the floor, this unit has rolled rims and a 10-inch-high backsplash. This backsplash has a built-in return that promotes flush installation with the wall. The unit's plastic bullet feet maintain stability on uneven floors and prevent marking on the surface.
