Description
Designed to sit on the right side of a warewasher, the John Boos EDTS8-S30-50UCR undercounter dish table is configured to optimize scrapping and dish racking. It has a built-in, 20-inch by 20-inch pre-rinse sink that measures 8 inches deep, enabling operators to remove scraps before they rack wares on the tabletop. This unit has a stainless steel top that supports heavy use and rolled rims to catch pooling water. A 10-inch backsplash on the table keeps the back wall dry, and the 2-inch return helps users install the table flush to the wall.
