Description

To keep the unit stable on uneven flooring, the John Boos EDTS8-S30-L72 dish table is mounted on adjustable plastic bullet feet. Designed to rinse soiled wares before they're sanitized, it features a 20-inch by 20-inch pre-rinse sink and 10-inch boxed backsplash that protects walls from water or soap splatter. Because it's made of rugged stainless steel, this unit is well suited to heavy use.
