Description
Built to endure heavy use, the Continental 3FSNSS reach-in freezer is constructed of stainless steela'¬a€a durable and corrosion-resistant metal. To help lock in the cold, the unit has 3 inches of polyurethane foam insulation and is fitted with three solid doors. These full-length doors divide the cabinet up for clear organization, and the doors lock to prevent theft and self-close to reduce recovery time.
Mounted atop the cabinet is the Continental 3FSNSS freezer's self-contained refrigeration system. It uses R290 refrigerant, which is an environmentally friendly hydrocarbon, to create frigid air ranging in temperature between 0 and -10 degrees Fahrenheit depending on the operator settings. If the unit experiences drastic temperature changes, an alarm sounds until addressed. The condensate evaporator reduces humidity in the cabinet, while the defrost system prevents any water from solidifying.
