The Continental D2FIN roll-in freezer maintains temperatures between -10 and 0 degrees Fahrenheit with the electronic controller. Its refrigeration system is self-contained and top-mounted, positioned away from the food zone. Its plug-style configuration simplifies field installation. It uses environmentally safe R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Users can monitor internal conditions via the electronic controller; the high/low alarm notifies staff of excess temperature fluctuations.
