Description
With a 40-cubic-foot interior capacity, the Continental 2RESNSSGD reach-in refrigerator provides operators with ample space for food items. This unit has eight steel shelves that enable smooth organization of ingredients for quick and efficient retrieval. To ensure long-lasting use, this unit is constructed of stainless steela'¬a€a dent-, corrosion-, and scratch-resistant metal. Located on the front of the refrigerator are two triple-pane, tempered glass doors that provide a clear view of the cabinet's contents.
Operators must use the digital controls of the Continental 2RESNSSGD reach-in refrigerator to program temperatures. Utilizing R290 refrigerant, this unit maintains a set temperature between 38 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. To help maintain temperatures and improve recovery times, this unit is fitted with 3 inches of polyurethane insulation between its metal paneling. If the cabinet temperature exceeds its setting, a temperature alarm sounds to notify users. For mobility, this unit sits atop four 5-inch casters.
