Description
To provide a clear view of its interior, the Continental 2RESNSSSGDHD reach-in refrigerator has four double-pane, tempered, sliding glass doors and interior LED lights. To ensure long-lasting use, this unit is made of dent- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and it provides operators with eight steel shelves for storing food products. These shelves feature an epoxy coating to slow the corrosion process. This double-section unit has 40 cubic feet of interior space to provide ample space for food-prep items.
The Continental 2RESNSSSGDHD refrigerator can maintain temperatures between 38 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit; temperatures are controlled by using the unit's digital controls and display. To ensure the cabinet stays at set temperatures, 3 inches of polyurethane foam insulation between the metal paneling. If temperatures change drastically, this unit has an alarm that sounds to notify users. This item sits atop four 5-inch casters to permit maneuverability when cleaning around and behind it.
