With an extra-wide, reach-in design, the Continental 2RESNSSSGD refrigerator provides operators with 40 cubic feet of interior space for storing ingredients. This unit is built of stainless steela'¬a€a corrosion- and dent-resistant metal that can withstand persistent use in a high-traffic environment. To provide a clear view of the inside, this unit has two double-pane, tempered, sliding glass doors with a high-efficiency, black PVC frame. This unit has eight steel shelves to properly organize food product for smooth retrieval.
To help maintain cool temperatures and improve recovery times, the Continental 2RESNSSSGD reach-in refrigerator has 3 inches of polyurethane insulation between its metal paneling. This unit relies on R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain a temperature range of 38-40 degrees Fahrenheit. If the cabinet temperature changes drastically, this unit has a temperature alarm that will sound to notify users. For maneuverability when cleaning underneath and behind it, this unit sits atop four 5-inch casters.
