Description
The Continental D2RESNSSGD two-section reach-in unit has a 57-inch width and 40-cubic-foot interior space. It holds eight epoxy-coated shelves, while the pilaster strips further add support. The interior and exterior are made of stainless steel to provide a durable, corrosion-resistant design. Because it's insulated with 3-inch-thick polyurethane, it keeps heat out to maintain consistent internal temperatures. All items stored inside are highlighted with the LED lighting system, and because the unit is elevated on 6-inch stainless steel legs, it's simple to clean around and underneath.
The Continental D2RESNSSGD reach-in refrigerator's self-contained refrigeration system uses R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, and temperatures are adjusted with the electronic controller. Its off-cycle defrost reduces ice and frost to keep running conditions optimal. The high/low alarm notifies users when the unit has breached preset parameters.
