The shelves have a wire construction that enable uniform airflow and are epoxy coated for durability.
The Beverage Air HFS3HC-1G three-section freezer operates with a self-contained refrigeration system to streamline installation and reduce the risk of cross contamination. Because ita€™s mounted on the top, dust and debris wona€™t collect in it, but it may be more difficult to service than bottom-located condensers.
