Environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant cools the cabinet, and the refrigeration system is self-contained to reduce the risk of cross contamination. Through the electronic controls, the temperature can be adjusted as low as -10 degrees Fahrenheit, and a digital display provides an accurate readout to give the operator peace of mind.
