Description
Constructed with a clear glass lid, the Turbo Air PST-72-30-N-GL refrigerated prep table lets operators view the table's contents and take inventory without opening the lid. It can hold as many as 30 sixth-size food pans, providing users with an array of ingredients to choose from when assembling a sandwich, salad, pizza, or calzone. To keep the contents fresh, this unit operates within a temperature range of 33 to 39 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Turbo Air PST-72-30-N-GL refrigerated prep table has an exterior made of stainless steel—a scratch- and dent-resistant material that's well suited to heavy-duty use. Inside the refrigerated base, users can store 23 cubic feet of product, and two stainless steel shelves provide structure and organization for the contents. For streamlined use, the table includes a high-density polyethylene cutting board that provides users with a cutting area close at hand.
