The Turbo Air PST-48-18-N-DS salad prep table has LED lights inside to help employees quickly find what they’re looking for. It’s cooled with R290 refrigerant—a natural hydrocarbon more environmentally friendly than traditional alternatives. Installation is streamlined with a self-contained refrigeration system, and it can be accessed from the rear for maintenance. To reduce energy loss, the unit is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane.
Holding 18 pans, the top of the Turbo Air PST-48-18-N-DS sandwich prep table can be used to store ingredients such as cheese or vegetables. Users can chop meats and assemble dishes on the 91/2-inch-deep cutting board before serving them. Two shelves in the cabinet offer product storage for later use, and they are accessed behind two locking doors that reduce theft risks.
