Outfitted with a stainless steel exterior and three swing doors, the Turbo Air MST-72-18-N M3 Series sandwich/salad prep table includes a 23-cubic-foot refrigerated base for backup storage. Inside, the cabinet features three adjustable polyethylene-coated wire shelves and LED lighting for visibility. Its aluminum interior is paired with a stainless steel floor and ABS door liners for long-term durability. This unit uses a self-contained, rear-mounted refrigeration system and rests on 4-inch swivel casters—two with front brakes for stability.
The Turbo Air MST-72-18-N prep table includes a cold bunker system that circulates cold air beneath, around, and above the pans to keep food product below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. A self-cleaning condenser removes dust from the coil daily, while fan control prevents warm air from entering during door openings. A digital controller with external display ensures consistent readings. The cabinet maintains temperatures between 33 and 39 degrees Fahrenheit using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a corrosion-resistant evaporator.
