The Continental DL1W-PT-HD heated cabinet is ideal for keeping cooked food such as turkey, ham hocks, and other meats at temperature safe conditions. The unit's heating system is fully self-contained to simplify installation. Via a unique airflow ducting system, hot air is evenly distributed inside the cabinet. Using electronic controls, users can adjust temperatures from 90 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
The Continental DL1W-PT-HD full-height insulated heated cabinet's 21-cubic-foot space is ideal for three chrome-plated shelves. They feature heavy-duty pilaster strips to provide additional support. To secure inventory, the two-section space is fitted with two narrow doors with smooth workflow handles. It has an aluminum interior, exterior, and stainless steel front for optimal strength. To help prevent the loss of hot air, it's insulated with 3-inch polyurethane.
