The Continental DL1W-SA-PT heated cabinet has a full-height design that holds three shelves, storing products like turkeys, ham hocks, and other cooked meats with ease. Its pass-thru style makes it simple to stock from the front or rear, improving kitchen workflow. The exterior is made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability, and the interior has an aluminum construction for additional strength. For adept insulation, the unit features a solid narrow full-height door and snap-in magnetic door gaskets. To remain level on uneven floors, it sits on 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs.
This Continental DL1W-SA-PT full-height heated cabinet's self-contained heating system is top mounted. The plenum heating system features a circulating fan to encourage equal amounts of airflow. The stainless steel strip heaters provide additional means for heating. Via the electronic controller, users can adjust temperatures from 90 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and the digital display with alarm will notify users when the unit has bypassed preset parameters.
