The Continental DL1W-SS full-height insulated heated cabinet's heating system is simple to service and is top mounted. Its plenum plug system features a circulated fan for even airflow; it also features unique air distribution ducts. With the use of the temperature controls, this unit has an adjustable range from 90 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit. For simple monitoring, it features a digital display with a high/low alarm that notifies when the unit has bypassed preset parameters.
This Continental DL1W-SS heated cabinet's 21-cubic-foot space holds three chrome-plated shelves for storage. For extra support, it includes heavy-duty pilaster strips. The heavy-duty body is made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance and durability. To retain heat and help prevent hot air loss, the unit features snap-in Santoprene® door gaskets. To ensure tampering seldom occurs, it has cylinder-style locks. It stays level on various floor stays as it sits on 6-inch adjustable stainless steel legs.
