Description
The Continental DL2WE-PT-HD mobile heated cabinet has a self-contained plenum plug heating system featuring a circulating fan for equal air distribution. Its unique airflow distribution ducts and stainless steel strip heaters promote consistent internal temperatures. It has an operable range between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit, which is adjusted with the temperature controller. The high/low alarm indicates when the unit is operating outside its pre-set temperature parameters.
The Continental DL2WE-PT-HD full-height insulated heated cabinet's 52-cubic-foot space holds six chrome-plated shelves with heavy-duty pilaster strips, and the interior is simple to stock because of the unit's pass-thru construction. Eight solid, locking doors keep products inside secure. While the front of the unit features a stainless steel construction, the interior and end panels are made of aluminum for durability. The paneling inside the cabinet is insulated with 3-inch, non-CFC polyurethane insulation to help stop heat from escaping.
