The Alluserv TC31-21 meal delivery cart has U-shaped bars on both ends to help employees move it throughout a banquet hall, hospital, or care facility. Its soft-tread casters operate smoothly and quietly; two of them have brakes to keep the unit still while it's loaded. To protect the unit and its surroundings, a bumper is wrapped around the full perimeter so nothing is damaged if it knocks into a wall. A highly durable unit, it is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
Three doors on the Alluserv TC31-21 ambient meal delivery cart have transport latches to keep them closed during movement, ensuring no food falls out. To streamline loading and serving, each door swings open a full 270 degrees for cabinet access. Accommodating one tray per slide, this unit holds as many as (21) 14-inch by 18-inch or 15-inch by 2-inch trays of food.
