Triple chamber door gaskets reduce energy use, while high-density polyurethane insulation ensures temperatures don't fluctuate during storage. This unit has a digital controller that enables convenient temperature adjustment. The cabinet has a temperature holding range of 35 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, while the top operates in the range of 39 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
To hold the product, the Infrico IRT-MR93-GTCOMBO worktop prep table has four wire shelves designed to promote uniform air circulation. The shelves are plastic coated for durability, and the unit comes with universal stainless steel tray slides.
