Description
The Continental DL2WE-SS-PT-HD heated cabinet is designed to store hot food items until they are needed. With a pass-thru configuration and 52 cubic feet of interior space, this unit grants access to its interior for front- and back-of-house applications, which streamlines food production and service. The standard depth interior is accessed from both sides via the eight half-height, solid, hinged doors. These doors self-close and have Santoprene® magnetic snap-in door gaskets to provide an airtight seal. To protect stored items from theft or tampering, each door has a cylinder lock.
The interior and exterior of the Continental DL2WE-SS-PT-HD heated cabinet are constructed of stainless steel to ensure it can withstand the wear and tear of consistent use in a busy foodservice environment. The heating system is top mounted to keep it away from floor debris potential impact damage, and it relies on a circulating fan and strip heaters in the interior floor to maintain temperatures between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. Users must program temperatures using the electronic controller and LED digital display.
