Continental DL2W-HD Full Height Insulated Heated Cabinet W/ (30) Pan Capacity, 208-230v/1ph

To provide easy access to hot food storage, the Continental DL2W-HD insulated heated cabinet has a reach-in configuration with two solid, hinged doors. To withstand the wear and tear of busy foodservice environments, this unit has a stainless steel front and aluminum interior and end panels. The interior spans 50 cubic feet and is fitted with six chrome-plated steel shelves that can be adjusted via the heavy-duty pilaster strips. The cabinet has 3 inches of polyurethane insulation to help maintain set temperatures.
To keep food items warm until needed, the Continental DL2W-HD heated cabinet can maintain temperatures between 90 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit. The self-contained and top-mounted warming system has a plenum a'¬A“pluga'¬A feature with a circulating fan. It is supported by stainless steel strip heaters in the base of the interior. To program desired temperatures, staff must use the electronic controls and digital display located on the top-left of the front of this unit. To monitor interior conditions, this warmer has a high/low temperature alarm that sounds if the cabinet exceeds or drops below the set temperature.
