Description
The Continental DL2WI-SA-E insulated roll-in heated cabinet features removable rack guides, allowing users to insert two 72-inch-high racks. The ramps and floor are also removable to ease cleaning. The exterior is made of stainless steel for corrosion resistance, and the aluminum interior is resistant to damage. Thick polyurethane insulation is foamed between the panels to keep heat out, maintaining product-safe temperatures throughout the day. To secure the items inside, the unit is constructed with four locking full-height doors with self-closing features, smooth workflow handles, cam-action hinges, and magnetic snap-in door gaskets.
The Continental DL2WI-SA-E roll-in heated cabinet's heating system is self-contained to support simple installation. Its plug design with removable side panels also makes it field installable, providing a versatile design. With the electronic controls, users can adjust temperatures from 90 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and the unique airflow distribution ducts support a consistent airflow.
