Description
The Continental DL2W-SA-PT full-height insulated mobile heated cabinet keeps cooked meats warm until served. For maximum holding, the 50-cubic-foot compartment has six heavy-duty chrome-plated shelves, which are adjusted via pilaster strips. It's ideal to stock from the front or the rear side, it has a pass-thru configuration. The unit's exterior is made of stainless steel, while the interior is made of aluminum for durability. The unit's 3-inch foam insulation is ideal for maintaining consistent temperatures and reduces recovery times. The legs measure 6 inches tall, making cleaning around the perimeter of the unit simple.
The Continental DL2W-SA-PT pass-thru warmer's heating system is top mounted. This unit's plenum design includes a circulating fan, and airflow ducts also assist with even air circulation. This unit has an adjustable range from 90 to 180 degrees, which is adjusted with the electronic controller. The stainless steel strip heaters and airtight doors ensure an even blanket of hot air falls over the food items.
