Ideal for bakeries and buffet establishments, the Continental DL2W-SS-HD heated cabinet is a large two-section cabinet capable of holding nine standard pans on top and six at the bottom. Four half-height doors divide the unit into manageable segments, enabling a variety of items to be held simultaneously with quick identification. These doors self-close to prevent drastic shifts in temperature and can be locked as needed.
Built to endure commercial applications, this Continental DL2W-SS-HD warming cabinet is made of stainless steel. Between the paneling is 3 inches of polyurethane foam insulation to help maintain interior conditions. Overall, the unit measures 52 inches wide by 353/8 inches deep by 831/4 inches high; this includes the fully extended stainless steel legs. Using the electronic controller, users can set the desired holding temperature between 90 and 180 degrees.
